Ben serves as Operations Manager for Midwest Engineering Group, where he brings a unique blend of leadership, strategic planning, and organizational management to the team. With over two decades of experience in education, administration, and program development, Ben’s background has proven to be a powerful asset in overseeing complex engineering operations and driving project delivery across the firm.

Since joining Midwest in 2022, Ben has led the refinement of internal processes, coordinated cross-team operations, and authored key narrative components for Preliminary Engineering Reports. His ability to balance big-picture planning with daily execution helps ensure consistent progress and smooth communication across teams and clients. Known for his adaptability, customer focus, and results-oriented leadership, Ben ensures Midwest Engineering’s projects run efficiently from start to finish.

Prior to his role at Midwest, Ben held several leadership positions including Executive Administrator of a church, and Director of an international school he founded and developed. He also served as Power Plant Technology Director at Flint Hills Technical College, where he taught applied science courses, and has served as an elementary school principal and math educator.

Ben’s cross-disciplinary experience, commitment to excellence, and strong interpersonal skills make him a dynamic and reliable leader within the Midwest Engineering team.
