Engineering Technician / Construction Observation
Dustin comes to Midwest as a seven-year United States Army Veteran with significant experience maintaining diesel vehicles and aircraft. He is highly trained in replacing and repairing a wide range of equipment. His experience with inspection, testing, diagnosing and problem-solving serve as an excellent foundation for his position as Engineering Technician. Dustin has demonstrated his ability to quickly identify, diagnose and correct diverse problems. He has notable areas of experience including input and upkeep of daily maintenance logs. Dustin was instrumental in training his team, instructing on mechanical skills and procedures with an emphasis on safety precautions and procedures. He routinely inspected, serviced, maintained and tested aircraft and material handling equipment systems, subsystems and components, increasing the operational readiness of the fleet. Dustin supervised and performed maintenance, repair and recovery operations for the organization’s aircraft fleet valued at over $650 million.
He is currently engaged in drafting for several design projects, has performed concrete field testing for large structures and assisted in construction observation for large construction projects.
